When you use HanDl, we process conversation data, order details, and product catalog information that you provide or that your customers share through connected channels. We also collect usage data such as page views, feature interactions, and performance metrics to improve the service.

We use your information to: • Provide and maintain the HanDl service • Process orders and facilitate payments through integrated providers • Train AI features to respond in your configured tone and style • Send service notifications (billing, security, product updates) • Improve and develop new features We never sell your data to third parties.

HanDl's AI processes conversation content to generate responses on your behalf. Conversation data is encrypted in transit and at rest. AI models are not trained on your private conversations — your data stays yours. You can export or delete your conversation history at any time from Settings.

We share data only with: • Payment processors (e.g., Paystack) to complete transactions • Channel providers (e.g., WhatsApp Business API) to deliver messages • Infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) under strict data processing agreements We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

All data is encrypted using TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. We implement access controls, regular security audits, and vulnerability scanning. API keys are hashed and never stored in plaintext.
